The KCBC AGM for 2020-2021 took place on the 28th April by Zoom. Thanks to members for attending. Elections were held for eight Directors’ posts: Ann Robertson, Karen Stewart and Richard Marsh were elected as Directors drawn from Barrhill, New Luce and Kirkcowan respectively. Three Directors are nominated by their Community Council and do not stand for election: these are, Andy Clegg from Barrhill, Neale McQuistin from New Luce and Tricia Veevers from Kirkcowan. Four ‘wider area’ Directors were also elected, who are Callum Sinclair, Dr. Sheila Hainey, Dr. Mhairi McKenna and Nick Walker. At the Board meeting immediately following, Nick Walker was re-elected as Chair, and Dr. McKenna and Dr. Hainey remain Vice Chair and Treasurer.
